Phillips Lytle LLP Adds Four Attorneys

Firm approaches recruitment goal of 40 attorneys

Buffalo, N.Y. – Phillips Lytle LLP is pleased to announce that they have hired four new attorneys firmwide as it inches closer to its recruitment goal of hiring 40 new attorneys as part of the firm’s recently adopted strategic plan. The additions of Nicholas C. Roberts, Ophélie Ducailloux, Meghan A. Del Pozzo and Molly K. Brennan are a testament to the firm’s dedication to its clients and its continuance of providing client service excellence across all its practices and industries.

Nicholas C. Roberts joins Phillips Lytle as an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group.  He is a seasoned litigator who has represented individuals, small businesses and major corporations in a wide range of matters including contractual disputes, business torts, employment litigation, civil rights litigation, real estate litigation, class actions, personal injuries, regulatory proceedings, and many others. Nick received his J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, his M.A. from Syracuse University and his B.A. from the University of Southern California.

Ophélie Ducailloux is an associate (admission pending) in the firm’s Banking & Financial Services Practice Group, representing financial institutions in a wide range of secured and unsecured transactions. She counsels clients on commercial real estate transactions, middle market transactions and small business lending. She received her LL.M. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, and her Masters degree in Private and European Law and LL.B. from the University of Limoges School of Law, France.

Meghan A. Del Pozzo joins the firm as an associate within the Real Estate Industry Team. Meghan concentrates her practice in real estate development, including real estate financing transactions, and represents lenders on commercial real estate transactions, mortgages, small business loans and construction loans. She received her J.D. from Capital University Law School and her B.S. from Fairfield University. Meghan is admitted to practice in New York and Ohio.

Molly K. Brennan joins the firm as special counsel in our Environmental Law and Land Use, Permitting and Zoning Practices, as well as our Energy and Renewables Industry Team. Molly has significant expertise in handling complex environmental, land use, wetland, regulatory, compliance, legislative and procurement matters stemming from her previous role as executive agency counsel for the New York City Department of Sanitation. Bureau of Legal Affairs. Molly received her J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School and her B.A. from Boston University. She is admitted to practice in New York and is admitted in California and District of Columbia.
