A commercial banking, financial restructuring and creditors’ rights lawyer for over a decade, Nickolas primarily focuses his practice on representation of secured and unsecured creditors in various financial workout and restructuring matters.
Nickolas has experience representing indenture trustees and committees, routinely handling various in-court and out-of-court financial restructurings. He has experience in secured and asset-based financings as well as real estate commercial transactions. In addition, Nickolas has experience representing different parties in complex commercial litigation matters.
