Julia J. Henrichs

Senior Associate Rochester

A versatile real estate attorney, Julia has both transactional and litigation experience. This allows her to provide clients a more comprehensive view of the matters she undertakes.

Julia’s transactional practice is focused on complex commercial real estate deals, with particular experience in commercial leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, and financing. She also drafts condominium and planned unit development offering plans and amendments.

As a member of Phillips Lytle’s Telecommunications Team, Julia negotiates leases and other agreements for the deployment of wireless facilities, including macro sites, distributed antenna systems (DAS) and small cell facilities.

Julia also has litigation experience, representing tax lien purchasers, servicers and various municipalities across New York State in tax enforcement and litigation, including appellate practice before the Appellate Division and New York State Court of Appeals.
