Anthony Ghanem

A corporate lawyer with more than six years of experience, Anthony focuses on private equity, venture capital and early-stage financing, securities and general corporate matters.

From advising clients on the structuring and formation of private investment funds to the capital raising process, he draws on legal insight to draft offering documents and other relevant documents (limited partnership agreements, private placement memorandum (PPM), subscription agreements and side letters). He is known for his planned approach to general partner and management company structuring and ongoing advice relating to legal and regulatory compliance with federal and securities law.

Many clients also rely on Anthony in all aspects of venture deals and financing rounds, in areas such as preparing term sheets, SAFEs, stock option plans, preferred stock purchase agreements and pertinent documents. He assists companies in all stages of growth in a variety of transactional matters, including entity structure, formation and corporate governance.
