Two Attorneys Elected to Phillips Lytle’s Partnership

Buffalo, N.Y. – Phillips Lytle LLP announced that two of its attorneys, Timothy P. Moriarty and James R. O’Connor, have been elected to partnership at the firm as of January 1, 2024.

Timothy P. Moriarty, a member of the firm’s Land, Environment and Energy Practice Group, concentrates his practice in the area of commercial real estate, including industrial, mixed use, telecommunications and raw land. He advises a diverse group of real property operators, prospective owners, landlords and tenants on a broad range of commercial matters, including acquisition, disposition and leasing of properties nationwide. Tim has been named to the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America list.

James R. O’Connor, a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group, focuses his practice in both business litigation and labor and employment law.
