Two Attorneys Elected to Phillips Lytle’s Partnership

Buffalo, N.Y. – Phillips Lytle LLP announced that two of its attorneys, Timothy P. Moriarty and James R. O’Connor, have been elected to partnership at the firm as of January 1, 2024.

Timothy P. Moriarty, a member of the firm’s Land, Environment and Energy Practice Group, concentrates his practice in the area of commercial real estate, including industrial, mixed use, telecommunications and raw land.
