Timothy advises clients in all classes of commercial real estate, including industrial, mixed use, telecommunications and raw land.

Timothy advises a diverse group of real property operators, prospective owners, landlords and tenants on a broad range of commercial matters, including the acquisition, disposition and leasing of properties nationwide.

Prior to joining Phillips Lytle, Timothy was the director of business development for a major Western New York real estate development company. His experience in this role helps him advise clients on the different perspectives of a transaction, understanding the negotiations for both sides of a deal.

  • Represented a major medical provider on the negotiation and purchase of over 100 acres of vacant land to develop a state-of-the-art hospital.
  • Assisted a major international financial organization on the transfer of over 100 brick and mortar retail banking sites.
