Effective January 1, 2023, a new § 201-h was added to the New York State Labor Law, requiring every employer in the state with more than 50 full-time equivalent employees to display “in a conspicuous place accessible to employees in the workplace” a poster, issued by the New York State Department of Labor, containing information about military veterans’ benefits and services.
Employers with more than 50 full-time equivalent employees should immediately display the poster as required by the law.
