Thomas K. Caraher

Tom assists clients on product liability and commercial litigation matters, particularly those related to asbestos and chemical exposures.

With a Master of Science in Biology from the University of Houston, Tom utilizes his science background to assist clients defending toxic tort and chemical exposure claims. He assists on environmental litigation matters—such as those involving environmental contamination and asbestos. This work has given Tom experience in responding to third-party complaints and subpoenas.

In addition to product liability matters, Tom works with Phillips Lytle’s Business Litigation Practice. He has been involved with matters relating to insurance disputes, breaches of contract and collection of unpaid fees, as well as guardianship proceedings aimed at recovering misappropriated property.
