Roxie’s practice primarily focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate matters.

As a member of Phillips Lytle’s Corporate Practice Group and Private Equity and Venture Capital Practice Team, Roxie concentrates her practice in the areas of corporate and securities law. She represents public and private companies in a broad array of matters, including commercial contracting, mergers and acquisitions, Securities Exchange Act reporting and compliance, private equity and venture capital investments, fund formation, joint ventures and other corporate and regulatory matters. She has experience representing both sellers and buyers in asset and share sale transactions, undertaking a comprehensive range of services, including due diligence, investment structuring, drafting of transaction documentation and post-closing advice.

Prior to joining Phillips Lytle, Roxie interned at the United Nations Office of Internal Oversight Services. Before that, she was a corporate associate at a law firm in the Philippines and a solicitor at the Philippine Office of the Solicitor General.
