Rosario focuses on toxic tort litigation, including asbestos and chemical exposure cases. He is valued by his clients for his ability to successfully assess and implement unique solutions to their unique problems.

Rosario focuses his practice on toxic tort, product liability, mass torts and chemical exposure lawsuits. In addition, he has represented manufacturers and distributors of a wide variety of products and equipment, as well as premises owners, manufacturers, distributors and contractors with respect to lawsuits alleging personal injuries as a result of exposure to asbestos. He has defended claims for premises owners and product manufacturers, and has developed defense strategies and coordinated its execution throughout New York and New Jersey. Rosario plays a central, hands-on role directing and implementing overall litigation and trial strategy.
