Ms. Marte brings to Phillips Lytle considerable appellate experience having previously held the position of attorney for the N.Y.S. Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Fourth Department. She has been involved in matters including real estate, commercial and corporate transactions, personal injury and zoning board appeals. Ms. Marte also handles a broad range of commercial litigation matters.
