Ms. Herrscher concentrates her practice in environmental and chemical exposure, as well as mass toxic tort defense (including asbestos and lead), products liability and premises liability. Her experience defending mass toxic tort litigation began in 1989 and extends throughout New York in both the state and federal courts, representing manufacturers and distributors of a wide variety of products and equipment, as well as premises owners. Her insurance defense litigation background also includes matters involving professional liability, nursing home negligence and general negligence claims.
