Mr. Pincelli concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation and labor and employment law. He has appeared in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings, representing clients in disputes regarding business relations; civil rights, including § 1983; insurance; negligence; construction; real property; and contracts.
As a member of the Labor & Employment Practice Team, Mr. Pincelli assists clients with policies and compliance issues related to wage and hour laws, employee personnel policies and practices, non-compete agreements and other restrictive covenants, employment discrimination, unfair labor practices, general commercial contracts, ERISA and the legalization of cannabis in New York and other states.
