Lucas A. Hammill

Mr. Hammill concentrates his practice on commercial litigation, government operations, and white collar crime and government investigations. He has trial-level and appellate experience and has assisted clients with matters involving issues such as partnership dissolution, products liability, freedom-of-information laws, and questions of federal and state constitutional interpretation. He is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Team and the White Collar Criminal Defense & Government Investigations Practice Team. Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Hammill spent six years as a professional journalist.
