Joshua Wallace

A rising advocate with a deep understanding of science and environmental processes, Josh represents clients in complex commercial and environmental matters in state and federal court.

Josh is an environmental litigator in the Litigation Practice Group at Phillips Lytle and a Ph.D. chemist with a deep understanding of chemical processes, testing and environmental impacts. Josh works vigorously to develop factual narratives from all available sources and puts forth the strongest legal arguments.

Josh works to combine science, law and advocacy at the highest levels to relentlessly pursue client-defined outcomes in all matters. He also has substantial expertise in data-intensive discovery and expert management in large, multi-party federal matters.

As a member of Phillips Lytle’s Cannabis Team, Josh is also intimately familiar with cannabis and hemp testing and licensing requirements.
