Mr. Barraza is an experienced litigator focusing his practice on complex commercial litigation as well as product liability and mass tort matters. His broad subject matter expertise also includes securities law, maritime law, the False Claims Act, deceptive trade practices and supply chain disputes. Mr. Barraza has represented Fortune 500 corporations and major privately held companies, as well as directors, officers and other senior executives, across a variety of sectors, including: automotive, aviation, chemicals, consumer products, financial services, materials science, and oil and gas. He practices in federal and state courts across the U.S., as well as in arbitrations, mediations and other alternative dispute resolution forums. Mr. Barraza’s cases frequently involve class actions as well as individual suits.

Prior to joining Phillips Lytle, Mr. Barraza practiced in the litigation group at major firms in New York City and Washington, DC.
