Sungyeop is a member of Phillips Lytle’s Banking and Financial Services Practice, with a particular focus on low-income housing tax credit financing, including bond and conventional loan transactions.

Sungyeop acts as a trusted advisor and advocate for his clients, which include institutions of various sizes such as national, regional and community banks. In addition, Sungyeop utilizes his previous expertise as an accountant to assist lenders finance complex real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Phillips Lytle, Sungyeop was a New York Pro Bono Scholar where he aided community-driven nonprofits on environmental and health issues throughout New York State.
