Rosa concentrates her practice in the area of banking and financial services.

Rosa’s experience includes representation of global financial institutions, non-traditional lenders and borrowers with respect to secured and unsecured credit facilities, community development transactions, real estate and construction lending, syndicated lending facilities, and distressed financing transactions, as well as other extensions of credit.
