In particular, he has reviewed numerous data processing addenda for clients and assisted them in general data security compliance issues including drafting data protection policies and procedures, assisting in data incident response, and performing privacy and data security gap assessments.
Michael is a highly-skilled and knowledgeable attorney with a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). The CIPP is the global standard in privacy certification, demonstrating a commitment to staying up to date with the latest developments in the field of data privacy.
