• Represents Fortune 200 chemical manufacturer in groundwater dispute with potential exposure in the nine- to ten-figure range.
• Represents Fortune 200 chemical manufacturer in product liability action brought by a half dozen plaintiffs alleging personal injuries from exposure to certain chemical compounds.
• Represented owner of property development company in business divorce involving abuse of company funds.
