After working in the health care sector for almost a decade before joining Phillips Lytle, Dorothy focuses her practice on health care law.

Dorothy provides a unique perspective that benefits the firm’s health care clients, including on regulatory matters, with a specific focus on 340B Program compliance.

As an attorney in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group, Dorothy assists business and not-for-profit clients throughout all stages of the business life cycle and with data privacy and cybersecurity matters. She is also a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Team, focusing on trademark and copyright law, and the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Practice Team.
