With a background working for a public agency and a private developer, Benjamin provides valuable insight to his work with the firm’s Environmental Practice and Energy and Renewables teams. He has handled property rights negotiations, contract preparation and compliance work. Benjamin’s background includes work related to development projects which relied on tax credits and HUD programs.
