Phillips Lytle Establishes Practice Team to Accelerate Development Projects Through Regulatory Processes

Land Use, Permitting and Zoning Practice builds on Phillips Lytle’s 30 years of experience in guiding clients through complex development challenges.

Buffalo, N.Y. – Phillips Lytle LLP has established a now-formalized Land Use, Permitting and Zoning Practice Team to further strengthen its longstanding expertise in guiding clients and their development projects through essential regulatory processes. Phillips Lytle Partners Lindsey E. Haubenreich and Kimberly R. Nason will co-lead the team, bringing together a cross-functional group of attorneys with extensive experience in land use planning, zoning law, environmental regulations and real estate development.
