Phillips Lytle is representing Partners + Napier, one of Rochester’s most prominent advertising and creative agencies, in a matter in which the agency alleges four former employees conspired to poach clients, procured confidential property, breached company agreements and failed to adhere to fiduciary responsibilities before leaving to form their own firm.  Partner Kevin Mulvehill filed a 71-page complaint on behalf of Partners + Napier, stating some or all defendants “engaged in a long, deceitful campaign during company time, and used company resources and property, to divert potential business.”
