Commercial Contracts

Rick also excels at negotiating complex commercial contracts including deals for goods and services, technology deals and intellectual property licensing transactions. His meticulous attention to detail and ability to navigate the intricate world of commercial contracts set him apart in the field. Clients can rely on his expertise and nearly two decades of experience focused on commercial contracts to ensure that their contracts are not only legally sound but also strategically advantageous.

In addition to his core competencies, Rick has also provided invaluable support in mergers and acquisitions, corporate matters, franchise law and privacy matters. He also has years of experience dealing with self-funded health benefit plans as he was formerly assistant general counsel for one of the nation’s largest third-party administrators.
