Mr. Marinaccio focuses his practice on international and domestic business transactions, corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, franchise law, licensing and technology transactions, and privacy matters.
Prior to joining Phillips Lytle, Mr. Marinaccio was a Director and Assistant General Counsel for one of the nation’s largest administrators of self-funded benefit plans.
