Matthew Fitzgerald was quoted in The Post-Journal as legal council to Chautauqua County IDA regarding the Maplevale project and its plans to build the facility at least 300 feet from adjacent properties. It also plans to leave 60 acres of meador and grassland, as well as 112 acres of forested land undeveloped to serve as a buffer between itself and other properties.
