Rochester, N.Y. – Kevin J. Mulvehill, a partner with Phillips Lytle LLP and the leader of the firm’s Rochester office, will be participating in a panel discussion hosted by Rochester Business Journal. The webinar – which will focus on labor and employment law – takes place July 15 at 10 a.m.
Organized by the RBJ and co-sponsored by Phillips Lytle, the event will feature a panel of local experts who will discuss timely workplace issues and recent changes to labor and employment laws at the state and federal levels.
In addition to serving as leader of the firm’s Rochester office, Mr. Mulvehill leads the Labor & Employment Practice Team at Phillips Lytle. He focuses his practice in the areas of labor and employment law and litigation; wage and hour law and litigation; class and collective actions; commercial litigation; and corporate law. He provides counsel and strongly advocates on behalf of clients, including executives and public- and private-sector businesses and employers. He regularly serves as clients’ lead counsel in hearings, trials, appeals and arbitrations in both state and federal courts. Mr. Mulvehill is a frequent lecturer on labor and employment as well as other business-related topics and has most recently been named to the 2021 City & State New York Labor Power 100 List.
