Rochester, N.Y. – Phillips Lytle LLP Partner and Rochester Office Leader Kevin J. Mulvehill was named to the Rochester Business Journal (RBJ) Power 100 List for the second year in a row. Mr. Mulvehill was selected by the RBJ editorial staff as one of “Rochester’s power players.”
Mr. Mulvehill’s practice is business-oriented and broad-based. He focuses his practice in the areas of labor and employment law and litigation; wage and hour law and litigation; class and collective actions; commercial litigation; and corporate law. He provides counsel and strongly advocates on behalf of clients, including executives and public- and private-sector entities such as universities, hospitals, manufacturers, law firms, accounting firms, retail companies, cannabis companies, sports organizations, auto dealerships, hospitality companies, not-for-profits, municipalities and business processing outsourcing companies.

Mr. Mulvehill received his J.D. from State University of New York at Buffalo Law School in 2006 and his B.S. Cornell University in 2003. He also studied Comparative Law at the Université Robert Schuman, Strasbourg School of Law in France. He has been named an Upstate New York Super Lawyers® Rising Star each year since 2014, was named in 2021 to the RBJ Power 30 List – Law and the Power 100 List, as well as The Daily Record Power 50 List – Law, and City & State New York State Labor Power 100 List in 2021 and 2022.
In addition to being a member of the American Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section and Litigation Section, Mr. Mulvehill is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association and also participates in various New York State Bar Association committees, including the Labor and Employment Law Section and Trial Lawyers Section.
