Legal Counsel for Mixed-Use Property Developers and Anchor Tenants

Developing mixed-use properties allows developers to capitalize on commercial space, residential units and retail space in a manner that can attract a broad spectrum of tenants. Commercial real estate investors in mixed-use development can often require guidance in financing construction, structuring leases and purchasing properties, among other legal matters.

We ensure that our clients receive the proper counsel for accommodating residential and commercial tenants.
