The Litigation Practice Group seeks to hire an Attorney (Buffalo) with 2-4 years of experience handling business litigation in state and federal court. Applicants who have experience litigating disputes involving the Uniform Commercial Code (pertaining to the sale of goods, warranties and other contract terms, commercial equipment, negotiable instruments) are preferred. Applicants should have superior written and communication skills, and a strong academic record.
