The Real Estate Practice Group seeks to hire an Attorney (Rochester) with 2-4 years of experience handling commercial and residential foreclosure matters. Applicants should have experience with procedural and substantive issues in this area of practice, as well as motion practice, applicable pleadings, and the like. Strong research and writing skills and oral advocacy are required. Experience reviewing real estate title and handling sales and acquisitions of commercial property is a plus.
