Mr. Borbor-Sawyer practices in the areas of business disputes and commercial litigation, including breach of contract and business torts. He has experience in federal and state motion practice, appellate practice, e-discovery, labor and employment matters, including Title IX, and internal investigations. His experience also includes successfully defending commercial insurance policyholders in high-exposure tort actions and providing counsel in matters requiring referees and receivers.
