Stefan W. Engelhardt

Stefan is an accomplished litigator with 30-plus years of experience resolving a wide range of disputes in state, federal and bankruptcy courts. He has successfully represented life-sciences companies, manufacturers, financial institutions and national corporations in breach of contract, bankruptcy, commercial and consumer fraud, antitrust, and product liability matters.

As a litigator, Stefan has a reputation for effectively resolving complex commercial disputes in a variety of venues and jurisdictions, including multi-district litigation.

His representation includes antitrust litigation related to price fixing, breach of contract involving consumer manufacturing and distribution corporations, and financial fraud relating to financing platforms and real estate transactions, as well a myriad of high profile matters involving secured lenders and unsecured creditors.
