Siobhan (Qing) Feng

Siobhan focuses her practice on banking and financial services, specifically in commercial lending transactions involving community development real estate and tax credit transactions.

Siobhan has a decade of experience working for such global giants as IKEA and The Walt Disney Company (Shanghai Disney Resort), focusing on local regulatory compliance, public policy and corporate matters in large investment transactions, which brings her a unique perspective to her clients’ matters.

Prior to joining Phillips Lytle, Siobhan gained experience advising clients on real estate financing and purchase and sale transactions.
