Natalie Turney

Natalie provides comprehensive counsel on commercial disputes and a broad array of litigation matters, bringing a background of fact-finding and case research to the cases she handles.

As a member of Phillips Lytle’s Litigation Practice, Natalie represents employers, manufacturers and businesses, providing counsel on employment, products and premises litigation. She artfully guides clients through contract disputes and complex commercial matters with a determined and creative approach.

Natalie also provides counsel to data privacy and cybersecurity clients who have experienced a data breach, working to minimize impacts and prevent further injury. She provides review and guidance on cybersecurity policies to ensure clients maintain regulatory compliance and are protected against future cybersecurity breaches.
