A member of Phillips Lytle’s Litigation Practice Group, Emma represents clients in a broad range of disputes.
Emma works in a variety of litigation areas, including commercial litigation, government operations, labor and employment, and education law. Emma has experience conducting internal investigations into issues such as employment discrimination, harassment and retaliation. She also represents clients in connection with election law disputes, special proceedings under Article 78 of the New York Civil Practice Law & Rules to review the decisions of state agencies, and challenges to the constitutionality of state statutes and municipal ordinances.
