Albany, N.Y. – Phillips Lytle Venture Capital & Technology Team and Albany Office Leader Richard E. Honen will participate in the LystenLab Virtual Startup Incubator. Mr. Honen will host “office hours” on Tuesday, March 2 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The LystenLab is a Gen-Z, six-week, fee- and equity-free virtual startup incubator. The event offers open office hours, where cohort members (startups) will reserve time to speak with local experts and ask questions within a breakout session.

In addition to leading the firm’s Venture Capital & Technology Team, Mr. Honen focuses his practice in corporate, finance and venture capital law, as well as complex commercial litigation.
