Buffalo, N.Y. – Phillips Lytle LLP Senior Associate Paula P. Plaza, CIPP/E, joined the Board of Directors of the Minority Bar Foundation. The Minority Bar Foundation was formed in 2004 to advance diversity in the legal profession in Western New York and throughout New York State, including through fundraising efforts for the annual dinner that honors law students with awards and scholarships.
Paula is a senior associate at Phillips Lytle. She is a member of the Business Litigation, Data Privacy and Cybersecurity, Technology, and White Collar Defense and Government Investigations Teams. Paula also serves as Northeast Governor of the National Filipino American Lawyers Association, which has over 500 members dedicated to civil rights, diversity, and developing the next generation of legal professionals. She is a frequent presenter on artificial intelligence and data security issues.
