Rochester, N.Y. – The Daily Record and Rochester Business Journal awarded Phillips Lytle LLP with the Law Firm Diversity Award during the publications’ 2021 Legal Excellence Awards. The award recognizes Phillips Lytle’s longstanding commitment to diversity, which fuels its efforts to attract, develop and retain top legal talent.
Led by a firmwide Diversity & Inclusion Committee, Phillips Lytle actively recruits diverse talent nationwide, provides robust training programs and mentorship opportunities to associates, and continuously reviews and refines workplace policies to foster an inclusive work environment. In 1990, the firm established the Phillips Lytle Diversity Scholarship, one of the first scholarships of its kind in the nation.
