Buffalo, N.Y. – Phillips Lytle LLP is expanding their firm with the addition of Associate James R. O’Connor as part of the commercial litigation Practice.
Mr. O’Connor will continue his practice in Buffalo, focusing on complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes, business torts, securities litigation, and fraudulent conveyance. He received a B.S. from the University of Detroit Mercy and a J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law. Mr. O’Connor’s practice extends through labor and employment, including discrimination, retaliation, and ERISA litigation. He also has extensive experience in conducting workplace investigations and counseling businesses on employee benefits.
