Phillips Lytle Grows Commercial Litigation Practice with New Hires

Buffalo, N.Y. – Phillips Lytle LLP has expanded its Commercial Litigation Practice with two new hires. The firm has added Jeremy M. Amar-Dolan and Sean B. Bunny as associates who will be based in its Buffalo office and primarily focus on litigation.

Mr. Amar-Dolan has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, with a strong focus on representing financial institutions involving complex products. He specializes in consumer finance defense litigation and lender liability litigation. Mr. Amar-Dolan received a B.S. from Haverford College and his M.S. Ed. from Herbert H. Lehman College, City University of New York, and he graduated cum laude from Cornell Law School with his J.D. in 2014. Prior to coming to Phillips Lytle, Mr. Amar-Dolan served as a litigation associate in Jones Day’s Financial Markets practice.

Mr. Bunny concentrates his practice in litigation with a focus on commercial litigation, white-collar criminal defense and government investigations. He earned a B.A. degree from Syracuse University, and he graduated magna cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School with his J.D. in 2014. Mr. Bunny served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Erie County District Attorney’s Office, bringing a breadth of trial experience with him to Phillips Lytle, having prosecuted over 100 jury and bench trials.
