Jeremy represents clients in high-stakes commercial disputes in both state and federal court, and in arbitration and mediation.

Jeremy has experience in a wide range of matters including banking, contract, credit reporting, environmental, intellectual property, mass tort and securities litigation. He also has represented clients in both government and internal investigations

Jeremy has extensive experience in electronic discovery, including managing complex, high-volume document reviews and production.

Prior to joining Phillips Lytle, Jeremy was a litigation associate in the New York office of an international law firm.
