BUFFALO, N.Y. — Phillips Lytle LLP announced that Phillip A. Rapini has joined the firm as Chief Operating Officer. He comes to Phillips Lytle after serving as Chief Financial Officer of Wendt Corporation, where he directed finance and human resource operations for the global enterprise. At Phillips Lytle, he will lead operational initiatives during a period of ongoing growth, working closely with leadership to optimize systems and processes while supporting expansion plans across all markets.

Mr. Rapini, a Certified Public Accountant who earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Canisius University, will be based in Buffalo. His background includes successfully leading organizations through periods of significant expansion, implementing new systems and managing complex business transformations across industries, with significant experience in regulatory compliance systems, mergers and acquisitions and strategic planning. Prior to Wendt Corporation, Mr. Rapini’s career has included leadership roles at Ryan Specialty Group, Superior Payment Plan, LoVullo Associates and Synacor.
