Buffalo, N.Y. – Phillips Lytle LLP Partner Lisa L. Smith has been appointed to the Board of Directors for MedTech, New York State’s premier trade association for the bio/med industry. MedTech is a collaborative of pharmaceutical, medical technology and life sciences companies, research and academic institutions, suppliers and service providers.
