Buffalo, N.Y. – Phillips Lytle LLP Partners James R. Grasso and Amanda L. Lowe will host the Buffalo Niagara Human Resource Association (BNHRA) Legal Update on Wednesday, June 16, from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m.
The presentation, held via Zoom, will provide New York State human resource professionals with the latest information on developing legal issues. Mr. Grasso and Ms. Lowe will address the legal landscape and share practical advice on the New York HERO Act, legalized recreational marijuana, the state’s paid sick leave law, and COVID-19 vaccination guidance.
The event is part of a strategic partnership between BNHRA — Western New York’s preeminent professional human resource organization — and Phillips Lytle LLP. Mr. Grasso represents management in the private and public sectors in all aspects of labor and employment law.
