Buffalo, N.Y. – Phillips Lytle LLP Partner John G. Schmidt Jr. has been named vice chair of the board of directors for ConnectLife, an organization with which he has been involved for over 10 years.

ConnectLife is Western New York’s only community blood bank and federally designated not-for-profit organ procurement organization. ConnectLife helps save and heal lives through organ, eye, tissue, birth tissue and blood donation.

John is a partner at Phillips Lytle and co-leader of the firm’s Business Litigation Practice Team.
