Mr. Dimitroff will continue his role on the Telecommunications Editorial Advisory Board, and Ms. Smith will continue her role on the Life Sciences Editorial Advisory Board. Mr. Schmidt has been named to the New York Editorial Advisory Board, and Ms. Clark has been named to the Cybersecurity & Privacy Editorial Advisory Board.

Mr. Dimitroff will participate in the Telecommunications Editorial Advisory Board for the third consecutive year. Focusing in the areas of 1629, he has over 25 years of experience in telecommunications matters, representing leading telecommunications carriers, infrastructure providers and numerous other clients involved in the telecommunications industry. His representation has included transactional and litigation matters – such as permitting for wireless telecommunication carriers, tower owners and developers – and site leasing work, site development, and asset sales and purchases throughout the U.S. He has particular expertise in distributed antenna system (DAS) and other small cell networks, where he is involved with both business and regulatory aspects. Mr. Dimitroff is a board member and founder of the New York State Wireless Association.
Ms. Smith is co-leader of the Phillips Lytle Life Sciences & Health Effects Practice Team. She has more than 30 years of life sciences litigation experience focusing on high-stakes product liability litigation in class action and MDL settings, and national coordination of the scientific defenses to claims regarding drugs and devices. She has been at the forefront of cutting edge issues in defending drug and medical device manufacturers in complex litigation and regulatory compliance matters.
Mr. Schmidt is co-leader of the Phillips Lytle Commercial Litigation Practice Team. He has extensive experience in complex business disputes and commercial litigation, including class actions, shareholder and partner disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, contract disputes, business torts and fraud matters.
Ms. Clark is leader of Phillips Lytle’s Data Security & Privacy Practice Team. She has extensive experience advising businesses in the technology, consumer, health care, real estate, insurance, energy, construction, government and financial industries regarding information management, litigation readiness, cross-border data transfers, third-party data risk management disaster recovery and avoidance. She is a Fellow of the American Bar Association. She has also been awarded the following ANSI-accredited credentials by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP): Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E); Certified Information Privacy Professional for the U.S. Private Sector (CIPP/US); and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM). She has also been designated as a Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP).
