New York – Phillips Lytle LLP Partners Douglas W. Dimitroff, Anna Mercado Clark, Craig A. Leslie, Lisa L. Smith and Zabrina V. Reich have been selected to serve on various Law360 Editorial Advisory Boards for 2026. Doug, Anna and Craig will continue in their existing roles, Lisa will once again serve on the Life Sciences Editorial Advisory Board—a role she previously held in 2021 and 2022—and Zabrina has been newly appointed to the Immigration Editorial Advisory Board.
Douglas Dimitroff is the Managing Partner of Phillips Lytle and member of the firm’s Telecommunications Team. He will participate in the Telecommunications Editorial Advisory Board for the seventh consecutive year. Focusing in the areas of telecommunications law, he has over 30 years of experience in telecommunications matters, representing leading telecommunications carriers, infrastructure providers and numerous other clients involved in the telecommunications industry. His representation has included transactional and litigation matters—such as permitting for wireless telecommunication carriers, tower owners and developers—and site leasing work, site development, and asset sales and purchases throughout the U.S. He has particular expertise in distributed antenna systems (DAS) and other small cell networks where he is involved with both business and regulatory aspects. Doug is a founder and former board member of the New York State Wireless Association.
Anna Mercado Clark will assume her role on the Cybersecurity and Privacy Editorial Advisory Board for the fifth consecutive year. She is the leader of Phillips Lytle’s Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Practice Team and has extensive experience advising businesses in the technology, consumer, health care, real estate, insurance, energy, construction, government and financial industries regarding information management, litigation readiness, cross-border data transfers, third-party data risk management disaster recovery and avoidance. Anna is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation and has also been awarded the following ANSI-accredited credentials by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP): Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E); Certified Information Privacy Professional for the U.S. Private Sector (CIPP/US); and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM). She has also been designated as a Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP).
Craig Leslie is leader of Phillips Lytle’s Litigation Practice Group and is co-leader of the firm’s Appellate Practice Team. He will participate in the New York Editorial Advisory Board for the third consecutive year. With over 20 years of experience trying high-stakes cases in state and federal court, he is also an authority in tort and product liability defense, commercial litigation and creditors’ rights, personal injury litigation, and real property tax valuation, tax assessment and eminent domain proceedings.
Lisa L. Smith is co-leader of Phillips Lytle’s Health Care and Life Sciences Team and member of the firm’s Governing Committee. She will once again serve on the Life Sciences Editorial Advisory Board, a role she held in 2021 and 2022. Lisa has over 30 years of life sciences litigation experience focusing on high-stakes product liability litigation in class action and multidistrict settings, and national coordination of the scientific defenses to claims regarding drugs and devices, and has served as national, regional and local counsel in federal and state courts throughout the United States. Lisa represents hospital systems and healthcare providers in governmental investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice and Attorneys General and whistleblower actions involving alleged False Claims Act and other statutory violations. She serves on the LifeSciencesNY Board of Directors and is a member of the New York State Bar Association Task Force on Opioid Addiction.
Zabrina Reich is a partner and leader of Phillips Lytle’s Immigration Practice Team. She works with multinational, mid-size and small businesses in obtaining TN, L-1, H-1B, E-1/E-2 and O-1 status for their employees and regularly counsels investors, entrepreneurs and startups in obtaining investment-based nonimmigrant visas. Zabrina also assists with employment-based green card processes through PERM, multinational executive/manager, national interest waiver, extraordinary ability and outstanding researcher categories. In addition, she handles family-based immigration matters, naturalization and waivers. Zabrina currently serves as Chair of the Upstate New York Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and Vice Chair of its CBP National Liaison Committee.
