New York, N.Y. – Phillips Lytle LLP Partner Anna Mercado Clark, CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM, FIP is slated to speak on a Cyber and Technology panel at the Institutional Longevity Markets Association (ILMA) Annual Investors Summit on December 7, 2021, in New York City.
The ILMA Investors Summit connects top industry leaders through speaking engagements, committee meetings and training sessions along with networking opportunities. The event addresses key issues important to current and potential investors in the longevity-related asset and life settlement markets.
As leader of Phillips Lytle’s Data Security & Privacy and E-Discovery & Digital Forensics Practice Teams, Ms. Clark will share her experience in the realms of e-discovery, digital forensics, cybersecurity, data privacy and complex commercial litigation.
Demonstrating her expertise in privacy and data security, Ms. Clark has earned ANSI-accredited credentials from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), including Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E); Certified Information Privacy Professional for the U.S. Private Sector (CIPP/US); and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM). She has also been designated as a Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP) by the IAPP. Additionally, Ms. Clark has extensive experience in handling white collar criminal matters and investigations.
Ms. Clark is a graduate of Rutgers University (B.A. 2002) and Fordham University School of Law (J.D, 2005.) She is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and is a founding member of the Filipino American Lawyers Association of New York. In addition to her work at Phillips Lytle, Ms. Clark is an adjunct law professor at the Fordham University School of Law.
