Amherst town leaders question Town’s 20-year term limit election law.

Craig Bucki was quoted in The Buffalo News article discussing the term limits for most of the Town of Amherst’s elected officials that has been in place for two decades. Town leaders are questioning whether or not the rule is valid and would hold up to a legal challenge. Craig noted that Amherst’s rule is vulnerable to a lawsuit from a town elected official.
